If You Need to Return an Item

Returns must be made with a completed returns form. Prior to returning an item please obtain a returns numbers so that we know to expect your return. Any returns sent back to Bathstore247.com that do not have a returns number clearly marked on the returning or that are not logged into the Bathstore247 Returns system may incur a handling charge of NZ$50.00.

Please follow the returns procedure in order to assist Bathstore247.com to give you a prompt refund, replacement or credit

Returns Policy – You have Changed Your mind or if For Some Reason you are not completely happy with your purchase.

As per Bathstore247.com’s "Happy Customer" returns policy – if you change your mind about the product or if when you receive it you are not entirely happy with your purchase then you can return it at any time within 7 days for a full refund of the product cost.

Note: Before Returning Goods - Please complete a returns form and make sure that the goods will reach us in a good condition. The goods should be suitably and well packed and addressed to:

Some notes about refunds:
• When you send your item back to us (or, in the case of large items delivered via specialist courier, or when we collect the item from you), we will process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a prompt refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase of the product.
• You can also view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in Your Bathstore247.com account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Bathstore247.com account within two weeks from the day you returned your parcel to us then, please contact us for further assistance.
