When Goods Are Delivered – Checks that You Need To Do before you sign for the delivery.
For small deliveries it is your responsibility to ensure that all boxes are opened and that you thoroughly check the delivery for damage on the day of delivery – we must be notified of any damage within 7 days of the delivery. If we are not notified of damages within 7 days we are unable to claim from the courier/carrier.
For bulky deliveries that arrive on pallets it is your responsibility to ensure that you visually check the goods for damage before signing the driver’s delivery note. If you sign for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition and later claims for damages may not be considered.
If you have any problems with a delivery then please email customerservice@bathstore247.com with the details (date order was placed, dispatch note number, order number and delivering courier) as soon as possible. If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check the delivery in full.

Returns must be made with a completed returns form. Prior to returning an item you please obtain a returns number so that we know to expect your return. Any returns sent back to Bathstore247.com that do not have a returns number clearly marked on the returning or that are not logged into the Bathstore247 Returns system could incur a handling charge of NZ$50.00.
